• You will have 7 days from the date you receive your products
• Exchanges are processed as a new order. You will be provided a store credit for the value of the returned merchandise.
• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging.
• All sale items are final, no exchange or refunds.
• Shipping charges on exchanges or returns are the responsibility of the customer.
When you ship a product to us for a return/ exchange please provide a tracking number to firstname.lastname@example.org. If your item is lost in transit during the return/ exchange process Hazetown Vapes Inc. will not be responsible.
• Store credit will only be issued once your merchandise has been received by Hazetown Vapes Inc.
