RELX produces its own proprietary e-liquid formula. The formula includes glycerol, propylene glycol, flavorings, and nicotine salt. Glycerol is a hypoallergenic ingredient used to enhance texture and as a sweetener. Nicotine salt is among the active ingredients and is known to be an addictive chemical.
